
Tropical Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana (for creaminess and sweetness)
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
- 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice (optional, for a citrusy zing)
- Ice cubes (optional, if you want it extra cold)

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Measure out the frozen mango and pineapple chunks.
- Peel and slice the banana into smaller chunks.
- If using, squeeze fresh lime juice.

Add to Blender:
- Add the mango, pineapple, banana, and chia seeds (if using) to the Blendofit blender.
- Pour in the coconut water (or preferred milk) and add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

Blend:
- Blend everything on high for about 30-45 seconds or until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut water or milk.

Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the smoothie, and if you want a bit more sweetness, feel free to add a touch of honey or maple syrup.
- For extra tang, add a little more lime juice.
