Tropical Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana (for creaminess and sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice (optional, for a citrusy zing)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if you want it extra cold)

Process:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Measure out the frozen mango and pineapple chunks.
    • Peel and slice the banana into smaller chunks.
    • If using, squeeze fresh lime juice.
  2. Add to Blender:

    • Add the mango, pineapple, banana, and chia seeds (if using) to the Blendofit blender.
    • Pour in the coconut water (or preferred milk) and add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  3. Blend:

    • Blend everything on high for about 30-45 seconds or until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut water or milk.
  4. Taste and Adjust:

    • Taste the smoothie, and if you want a bit more sweetness, feel free to add a touch of honey or maple syrup.
    • For extra tang, add a little more lime juice.
  5. Serve:

    • Pour into a glass and enjoy right away!
