
Banana Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (your choice of flavor)
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional for flavor)
- Ice cubes (optional, if you like it chilled)
Process:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
- Measure out 1/2 cup of rolled oats.
- Scoop out the protein powder and have the other ingredients ready to go.

Blend:
- In your blendofit blender, add the banana, oats, protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey/maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- If you want a chilled smoothie, toss in a few ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds or until the oats are fully blended and the mixture is smooth.

Taste and Adjust:
- Taste your smoothie. If you like it sweeter, add more honey or syrup.
- If it’s too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.

Serve:
- Have it directly from the handheld blender or Pour into a glass and enjoy!
