Banana Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional for flavor)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if you like it chilled)

Process:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
    • Measure out 1/2 cup of rolled oats.
    • Scoop out the protein powder and have the other ingredients ready to go.
  2. Blend:

    • In your blendofit blender, add the banana, oats, protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey/maple syrup, and cinnamon.
    • If you want a chilled smoothie, toss in a few ice cubes.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:

    • Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds or until the oats are fully blended and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Taste and Adjust:

    • Taste your smoothie. If you like it sweeter, add more honey or syrup.
    • If it’s too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
  5. Serve:

    • Have it directly from the handheld blender or Pour into a glass and enjoy!
